How long does shipping generally take?

We typically ship orders out same day until 3 PM, Monday through Friday. After your order has shipped and you receive your tracking number via email, it may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to update.

Shipping Times:

United States = 3-7 business days (First Class)

International = 1-4 weeks depending on location (First Class International)

Note: Although, we continuously strive to meet the 3 PM same day shipping policy, we may have to delay shipping on certain orders due to different reasons like holiday rushes etc. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can return/exchange your order within 14 days after you have received it for a full return minus the shipping cost. It must be returned to us in brand new condition. If there's a problem with the product when you receive it, please email us with a picture and a description as soon as possible (support@yesah.com). If you decide to exchange it, we can only exchange for items that are equal to or less than the value of your original purchase, and only for the ones that we have in stock.

You are responsible for return shipping fees, and it is highly recommended that you purchase insurance because we can't guarantee it's arrival back at our store. We do inspect all products and will notify you if we have accepted the return.

How are your watches adjustable?

Our watches are adjustable by removing links which is common for most watches. Please keep in mind that it is made of wood so be sure to take extra caution when adjusting your watch. We recommend getting it sized by your local jeweler. We are not responsible for damages that may result from abusive link adjustments.

Do you do custom engraving?

Unfortunately not at this time.

Are your watches water resistant?

Our watches can handle a splash here and there but since they are wood they are not suitable for showering, swimming, or any heavy rain. We recommend keeping them as dry as possible. 

Do you really donate 10% of net profits to help fight child hunger?

Absolutely! To date we have donated nearly $40,000 to FeedTheChildren.org and will be donating to other non profit organizations soon. We generally make payments once or twice a year.

Net profit refers to money that has been earned by the company. I.E. Gross - Expense = Net Profit. Some items we classify as an expense are payroll(salaries), owner draw(salaries), cost of goods, supplies, rent, and utilities. [These are just examples of a few expenses. Each business can have unique expenses based on category.]

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide and cover most places. If for some reason you don't see your area on the list when checking out, please contact us!

What carrier do you ship through?

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Will I receive a tracking number once my item has shipped?

Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your item is processed. It sometimes takes 24-48 to update the status on the USPS site.

Does customs charge a fee on international orders?

Sometimes there is a varying customs fee when your order arrives in your area. Since it is varying, we have no control over what exactly your area may charge. We DO NOT charge you for this on our side so it is your responsibility to cover this charge when it is applicable.

Important: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customers who fail to pay customs charges. This is your responsibility as an international buyer. If your shipment returns back to our office, we may ask the buyer to pay shipping to return the item again.

Do you charge taxes?

We only charge taxes when shipped to a Tennessee address. We charge state tax and local tax for Tennessee only.
